I grew up on a farm in southern Indiana near the Illinois and Kentucky borders. After graduating from college with a Communications degree I moved to Chicago. I have never looked back!

I started my career in banking before transitioning to Insurance recruiting when I client of mine thought I would be a good fit. I ended up recruiting for companies such as CNA Financial and Ernst & Young. Later, I was invited back to the recruiting firm to lead their Retained Search business. After ten years and working my way up to Partner, I pivoted to a Human Resources role within the firm. This was exciting as I got to build out this function where nothing had been before.

In my tenure I have enjoyed working with many affinity groups within the Insurance industry and serving in employer council organizations.

Now I’m ready to pursue my next chapter I am excited to work with Kimley once again. Together we will continue to build her business and bring superior service to clients and candidates.
